Bier Markt to the NeighBIERhood!

Bier Markt, Toronto’s premier Belgian-inspired Brasserie, has opened a new location at the prestigious Shops at Don Mills located at 7 O’Neill Road and promises to delight the culinary taste buds and quench the refined thirst of Torontonians visiting the city’s newest dining and shopping hotspot.

The new 6,700 square foot location boasts Bier Markt’s first ever ‘street view’ kitchen that provides guests with a never-before-seen glimpse into the inner-workings of the kitchen from the street. It also offers an exclusive kitchen-side Chef’s Table for a more intimate dining experience.

Bier Markt Don Mills has a selection of over 145 brands of beer from over 30 countries and delicious European-inspired cuisine, including Moules, Charcuterie, Croques, Fondue, Steak Frites, and a 40-oz Rib Eye. It features a 95 foot bar with 46 draught lines, showcases a Glass Keg Fridge behind the bar, seats up to 200 guests in the dining room and up to 120 guests on the beautiful Boulevard Patio.

Bier Markt Don Mills’ décor and atmosphere echoes that of its sister locations with strong Belgian and French influences highlighted with dark woods and rich finishes giving it a real European-inspired Brasserie look and feel. Margaret Rudi, a Montreal-based architect and designer designed the interior of Bier Markt Don Mills and is also responsible for the design of Bier Markt King Street West. Bier Markt Don Mills offers a scrumptious range of annual Culinary Feastivϋls defined by the season and created by Executive Chef Michael Cipollo including Fondue (January – February ), Shellfish (May-June), Oktoberfest (September – October) and Game (November – December). It also offers brunch on weekends and live musical entertainment from Wednesday to Sunday.
